ICS is responsible for settling all the HDI Seguros - Mexico Insurance claims for vehicles repaired in the U.S. Our in-house adjuster takes care of those customers who have had an accident in Mexico but choose to have their vehicle repaired in the U.S. ICS becomes a liaison between the customer and the insurance company in Mexico. ICS helps make sure the customer submits all the required paperwork to expedite the claim in Mexico and get the vehicle repaired quickly. All claims filed through ICS will be settled in the U.S. with U.S. dollars.
